The Fir emitting ceramic heater with automatic temperature control is placed on the floor, and works extremely well in cold weather. This heater takes only 5 minutes to reach a constant temperature of 65°C (149°F)

I was diagnosed with MS over 20 years ago. It has caused progressive stiffness/weakness to the point where I now use an electric wheelchair. In October 2005 I began a herbal treatment which gradually began to alleviate the stiffness. In March 2006 I added daily sauna blanket sessions. I now have more strength and energy and even less stiffness and developed more muscle mass on my hands and feet; in fact I was developing an overall rounding of all the muscles in my body and I noticed that I had more sensation in my hands.
